About Brype

E-commerce will run on agents. We're building the system they run on.

Every store already has the tools. What no store has is the layer that makes them act as one — digital coworkers that read everything, act within your rules, and answer for the result in hard numbers. That layer is what we're building: an operating system for e-commerce operations.

Where we come from

We've sat on your side of the screen

Brype was founded in Sweden in 2026, after years inside the day-to-day of e-commerce: ad accounts to optimize, catalogs to keep clean, freight invoices nobody had time to read, return flows to make sense of. We know what it feels like when the week goes to operations and the brand gets the leftovers.

Our thesis is simple. That operational work — reading data, comparing it against what was agreed, acting on the difference, following up until it's resolved — is exactly the work AI agents can now genuinely do. Not as a chatbot on the side, but as coworkers inside your systems, with a mandate you set and a result you can audit.

Most companies in this wave are building one such coworker. We're building the place they all work: one shared picture of your business, one set of guardrails, one scoreboard they all answer to.

One agent at a time

How an operating system gets built

Not as a suite of half-finished features. Every coworker earns its place on the scoreboard before the next one joins — the same rule we'll hold ourselves to for a decade.

  1. Freight Auditlive in pilot

The first coworker, running with Swedish merchants today. It reads every invoice line, matches it against your contract, claims the errors back — and reports in money actually credited.

  2. The next hires

Bookings at contracted rates. The economics of returns. Customs and duty. Each one born from a real merchant's pain, built on the same ledger, held to the same scoreboard.

  3. The open system

In time, agents we didn't build will work here too — under mandates you set, proving themselves on the same scoreboard. That's what makes it an operating system, not a product.
